Terms & Conditions :

•	A Surcharge of RM10.00 nett per room per night is applicable from Formula One (07 to 09 April 2011) and 15 December 201 to 02 January 2012
•	Rates are quoted nett, inclusive of 10% service charge and 6% government tax.
•	All rates are quoted with breakfast.
•	No extra bed are available.
•	Standard room and Superior room accommodate 2 adults and The Family room accommodates 3 adults.
•	Child below 12 years old sharing room with parent or guardian based on the existing bedding is free-of-charge.
•	Check-in time: 2:00 pm Check-out time: 12:00 noon.
•	Extended Stay : For late check-out after 12:00 noon, a day use rate will be levied at 50% off published rate. Late check-out is at 6:00 pm, after which the full day rate will apply.
•	Rates are applicable to Malaysian and Overseas market alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellation must be notified in writing either by fax or e-mail to our fax number and/or e-mail address to be furnished during the confirmation stages.
Cancellation must not later than specified hereunder :

1-2 Rooms	3 days prior to arrival
3-6 Rooms	8 days prior to arrival
7-20 Rooms	15 days prior to arrival
Over 20 Rooms	31 days prior to arrival

Our Cancellation Policy Charges are as follows :

Normal Period :

Cancellation made within 72 hours prior to check in date shall be imposed a penalty of the total room/package charges for the total duration of stay or in the event of NO SHOW.

Peak & Super Peak Period :

Cancellation made within 8 days prior to check in date shall be imposed a penalty of the total room/package charges for the total duration of stay or in the event of NO SHOW.
