Terms & Conditions :

•	Rates are quoted ++, subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
•	No extra bed are available.
•	Standard room and Superior room accommodate 2 adults.
•	Child below 12 years old sharing room with parent or guardian based on the existing bedding is free-of-charge.
•	Check-in time: 2:00 pm and Check-out time: 12:00 noon.
•	Extended Stay: For late checkout after 12:00 noon, a day use rate will be levied at 50% off published rate. Late check-out is at 6:00 pm, after which the full day rate will apply.
•	Rates are applicable to Malaysian and Overseas market alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
