Extended Stay

Late check-out is at 6:00 pm, after which the

Prior room
reservation is required and is subject to room

Room Reservations
are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit
Card, or a one night’s charges for the
total room reserved to be deposited into the
resort’s bank account which shall be advised
during the confirmation stages.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellation must be notified in writing either
by fax or e-mail to our fax number and/or e-mail address
to be furnished during the confirmation stages.
Our Cancellation Policy Charges are as follows
:
Normal Period :
Cancellation made within 72 hours prior to check
in date shall be imposed a penalty of the total room/package
charges for the total duration of stay or in the event
of NO SHOW.
Peak & Super Peak Period :
Cancellation made within 8 days prior to check in
date shall be imposed a penalty of the total room/package
charges for the total duration of stay or in the event
of NO SHOW.
SURCHARGE DATES :
A Surcharge of RM10.00 nett per room per night is
applicable during weekend for checking in on Fridays
& Saturdays on conditions that the said dates
are not during Peak period dates and during the School
Holidays.
